Jason Trindade is a licensed Business Broker and Real Estate Broker in the state of Nevada as well a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Jason Trindade attended University of Hawaii with a focus on Business Administration and Economics.
Jason has been actively involved in real estate since 2004 where he started out in the mortgage industry as a loan officer and became the Managing Director of First Net Mortgage in Las Vegas, NV.
Jason Trindade transitioned into real estate sales in 2008 as an agent. In 2012, he founded King of Condos, a successful real estate brokerage that closed over $600M in transactions and flipped more than 100 properties.
In 2017, Jason transitioned into commercial real estate and founded Proximity Capital. Jason Trindade has acquired multiple properties including apartments and hotels in the Las Vegas market. He has led commercial asset renovations for as many as 280 units along with numerous smaller construction projects.
Trace Gregg is an expert in the field of construction management with a specific focus on budget analysis in the areas of all MEPF’s as well as structural and civil work.
Mr. Gregg has over 40 years in the industry and has branched out to every aspect of construction from field operations to boardroom review and acceptance.
He is currently working directly for the owner of Fontainebleau, a multibillion-dollar Highrise Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He is responsible for overseeing and approving the construction budgets and creating GMP’s for several venues. He has been a project manager for numerous general contractors including Turner Construction Company building sporting event complexes and mission critical Data Centers, AECOM Tishman Construction & AECOM Hunt, building Highrise commercial properties in San Fransisco and Las Vegas, Nevada, Parsons Corporation constructing military level Headquarters and Housing for the Royal Commission in KSA.
